Karachi educational institutions to remain closed from Thursday to Saturday
KARACHI (Staff report) – The educational institutions in the port city of Karachi will remain closed from Thursday to Saturday (December 3 to 5) on the account of Chehlum-a-Imam Hussain (RA) and local bodies elections in the metropolis.
According to a statement, the Secretary Sindh Education Fazlullah Pechuhu said that all public and private sector educational institutions will remain closed on December 4 and 5 due to Local Bodies elections.
The Sindh government had previously announced a public holiday on December 3 citing Chehlum-e-Imam Hussain (RA).
