AIOU BOOKS TRACKING SYSTEM
A new computerized tracking system has been introduced by AIOU to facilitating its thousands of students to check the "books mailing status". A new website has been launched for this purpose. Now student can easily find out the books’ mailing position by entering his roll number or admission's challan number in the mail box.
The students were also being informed through text messages immediately after dispatching the books.
For facilitating the students, postage registry number and roll numbers have been kept same. The students have been advised to contact their relevant post offices in case of delay in the books' delivery. Automated mailing process was also being introduced for the quick delivery of the books.
