Q: what are the names of Nobel prizes and the persons given to in the field of chemistry?

Option Answer Is Correct
1 The Nobel Peace Prize (pronounced with the stress on the second syllable of Nobel) is one of five Nobel Prizes be quested by the Swedish industrialist and inventor Alfred Nobel, Four of the five prizes are awarded in Stockholm each year, but Nobel had stipulated in his will that the Peace Prize could not he awarded in Sweden. Instead the Norwegian capital of Oslo was chosen as the award site and the Norwegian Nobel Committee, which members are chosen by the Norwegian Parliament, is appointed to select the laureate for the Peace Prize. According to the will of Alfred Nobel the prize should be awarded “to the person who shall have done the most or the best work for fraternity between the nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies the holding and promotion of peace congresses”. The Nobel Peace Prize may be awarded to persons or organizations that are in the process of resolving an issue,, rather than upon the resolution of the issue. In this way, the Nobel Peace Prize differs from all the other Nobel prizes. On November 27. 1895, Nobel signed his final will.and testament at the Swedish- Norwegian Club in Paris. He died of a cerebral hemorrhage in his home in San Remo, Italy on December 10. 1896.
