Are they divorced using facebook or any other social networking web site?
Case 1
Mr. Abdullah has an account on a social networking website. His Wife is also using same social networking website. Both know their Network names and are connected to each other.
Mr. Abdullah's wife reads the message
Mr. Abdullah writes on his wall that "I divorce my wife" only once.
Is that divorce applicable?
Case 2
Mr. Abdullah has an account on a social networking website. His Wife is also using same social networking web site.
Mrs. Abdullah knows what's her husbands Id but Mr. Abdullah doesn't know about her wife's Id as she wanted to spy on her husband.
