They are waterproof and very sturdy. When it comes to gaming, the wide sound stage allows for spot-on positional audio in multiplayer FPS games. EDIT: an optimal EQ setting has been updated (as of 6/28/19). The audio quality comes much better when its connected to a phone vs its connected to a windows 10 pc btw. I measure at a 7 exactly but needed the extra room of a 7. Well the shoe came from Europe. I would rather have to hack the rack than pay hundreds for other brands of bike carriers. Unfortunately I realized this too late as Ive just opened them recently to use and am now beyond the return window, so Im out the money. Was hoping it would be heavier. I was able to glue it back together, but definitely was not worth the price I paid.
