The slippers a bigger than I expected. Great quality, very comfortable. Love this ball tree. My brother bought a $20 case from Best Buy that is about the same quality as this but his is sticky for some reason(?). 00 return fee and taking time to go to the local FEDEX Office or spend my time checking out why these shoes are not as expected. no paper or cardboard supports in the boots. I wish there was a way to tighten it up. The game pad is just awsome. Very cushiony I will be ordering the smaller size soon.
