Punjab bans schools in houses

LAHORE (Online) – The Punjab government on Wednesday imposed a complete ban on opening private schools in residential houses across the Punjab province.
A key education expert associated with education department told Online that Punjab government has not only imposed ban on opening new schools but no school would be registered until they would provide the basic facilities as per standard requirements.
Education department has been instructed to ensure all the facilities before registering any school in the province.
